Summer Spirits Tasting - with Hampton Court Spirits

Join us onboard Turk’s famous paddle steamer style boat The New Southern Belle on a special “Spirit of Summer Cruise”, for a guided craft gin and rum tasting hosted by Hampton Court Spirits’ founder Simon Marjoram. You will have the opportunity to try their two award-winning craft gins – elegant and aromatic “Six Wives” and silky smooth yet curiously spicy “Lord of Misrule”, and their new golden craft spiced rum, “The Father”. All this as we glide past the beautiful stretch of the River Thames and Hampton Court Palace, soaking up the last of the sun’s rays…

Tickets are priced at £24.50 per person, this includes 2 x drinks (G&T or Rum & Ginger), a 2-hour cruise and guided tasting. There will be an opportunity to make use of the fully licensed bar onboard, serving a range of gin and rum inspired drinks. A perfect after work treat, office outing or social with friends and family!

5:30pm - You and your group will board in Kingston (KT1 1HN) with a complimentary glass of champagne. The route to Hampton Court will see us pass by some of the greenest parts the Thames has to offer. Your captain will be on hand to point out any places of interest.

6:30pm - You will disembark at Turks Pier, Hampton Court, which is a short walk (around 2 minutes) to the Hampton Court Palace festival entrance. What better way to arrive than your own private boat?

Party Boats depart from Turk's piers at Kingston, Richmond and Hampton Court.

We also can depart from select waterside locations within this stretch of the Thames including The Lensbury, Wharf, Orleans House, Bingham and more.

For a party venue, a boat is memorable in ways that a typical venue isn’t. It is a wonderful experience for everyone to watch the changing scenery. It also provides a unique, scenic backdrop for photos.

New Southern Belle

Our most eye-catching boat, this colourful Mississippi style stern wheeler brings a flavour of old New Orleans to the River Thames. Can host up to 150 guests, or 86 for a seated dinner. Bar and dance floor.
